Here!
RELEVANT DUP HISTORY: Felix arrived in Duplicity for the first time in July 2021 and developed especially close relationships with Terrence Ephemera, Bialar Crais, and Literal Satan (aka DT), as well as contracting (twice!) with Agent Washington. While he had no overall issues adjusting to the city and its requirements of him, he had massive difficulties coping with significant mental fallout triggered by events that happened in his canon prior to his arrival. This led to an especially unstable stay during his duration in the city, as he had no "proper" job and instead chose to jump from temp work to temp work while also leeching off other people for supplies/material goods.
He had his first and only death in October-ish, during a mem loss event. Going into 2022, he was primarily living in the Down, usually crashing with DT. He also entered a quasi-partnership with DT, who generously provided Felix with weapons to either sell for additional profit/fun money or keep for his own very slowly growing collection (as Wash was unwilling to provide Felix with the necessary permits to purchase his own weapons).
His canonical partner, Locus, eventually showed up in the city, forcing Felix to confront his past head-on. He was also almost killed by Brandon Carver. Thanks, Carver!
TL;DR: Felix mostly just started a whole lot of shit, As He Does.
abilities:
TACTICALLY CLEVER, WEAPONS PROWRESS and MARKSMANSHIP β trained military operative who's been dicking around with guns and sharp pointy objects for the majority of his life; he has a keen eye for detail and is an excellent shot with a rifle, sidearm, or throwing knife.
CLOSE QUARTERS COMBAT β excels in both unarmed and armed (re: combat knives) hand-to-hand combat, often using his opponent's own force and weight against them to turn the tide in his favor.
PILOT-CERTIFIED β capable of piloting small-to-medium sized aircrafts and starships.
TECH-SAVVY β born in the 2500s, during a time of great technological feat and prosper; he can work his way around most unfamiliar systems with ease, though he might struggle a little with technology he views as particularly outdated or antiquated.
Otherwise, he is a standard-issue human with some tech modifications (a neural implant, specifically) that allow him to "integrate" with his armor and gear.
personality:
Felix is defined by a charisma so potent it borders on insufferable. At the beginning of Season 13, Felix boards UNSC military prison ship the Tartarus and easily charms personnel into allowing him direct access to the bridge, then stages a hostile takeover of her crew and cargo. He's an active, engaging talker who is very good at reading people and stripping whole personas down to bare basics. It's not hard for him to form and subsequently maintain interpersonal connections, even if most of those connections are hollow on his end: tools or conveniences rather than genuine bonds.
That charisma is inseparable from his darker edge: Felix is, at his core, manipulative. His talent for reading people becomes a weapon in service of his own agenda. The only cause he's loyal to is the one that's writing his paycheck at the end of the day; very little else matters to him, and he will do whatever is necessary to get the job done, no matter the cost. His manipulative behavior surfaces in numerous ways throughout the course of the series, whether he's lying to his partner or an entire army of people who believe he's on their side. Felix has no side but his own.
Violence is another constant in his life, a tool as familiar to him as words. A mercenary and former UNSC spec ops soldier, Felix was forged in the ugliest years of the Human-Covenant War. Heβs comfortable with brutality β both inflicting it and enduring it β and his refusal to back down from a fight, any fight, every fight, eventually leads to his death.
For all of his talent at manipulation, his temper makes him short-sighted: pettiness takes over, and settling grudges matters more than strategy or even prioritizing his own life. During his worst moments, he can be baited into acting against his best interests, and he has trouble seeing beyond his own petty grievances when he feels he's been wronged.
When his partner of many years inevitably turns on him, Felix shows very little regret or remorse for his actions. He gives only momentary pause to the idea of disposing of him if it means completing the job, and even tells him that he can "die with the rest of them" for his betrayal. Felix doesn't work in shades of grey; you're either with him, or you're his enemy. He has no room for middle ground.
Charm and cunning keep him afloat, but it's violence, manipulation, and spite that define him. Felix is self-serving to the marrow: dangerous, magnetic, and ruthless enough to make you forget the mask is only skin-deep.
